HOW YOU OPERATE

One location, different ways to serve

Start with what your kitchen needs. Preorder pickup and sales of ready-made sets require different configurations.

Restaurant order pickup

Orders arrive through your usual channel. A team member prepares and packs each set, then places it in its assigned compartment. The machine provides a separate collection point.

Sales of ready-made sets

For purchases at the machine, we select a configuration that lets customers choose and pay for available sets. We agree the range, payment method and restocking process before you order the equipment.

THE ORDER JOURNEY

From your kitchen to your customer

This is a preorder pickup scenario. Notifications and compartment access depend on the system you choose.

Accept the order

Customers choose a set on your website, by phone or at your restaurant. Before connecting systems, we check how order details can reach the pickup system.

Prepare and load

Your team prepares and packs the order, checks its label and places it in a suitable compartment following your kitchen procedures.

Let the customer know

The customer receives the address, collection time and instructions. Automatic notifications and code-based access are configured where the required integration is available.

Complete the pickup

The customer collects their set. A team member checks the collection status in the chosen system and frees the compartment for the next order.

CHOOSING YOUR CONFIGURATION

Start with your sushi sets and location

Send a packaging photo and describe a typical working day. These details help us choose a suitable machine without unnecessary options.

Packaging
Dimensions of your largest box, the height of a set and the number of packages in one order.
Storage conditions
The required conditions for each product and your kitchen procedures. We select cooling around these requirements; there is no single setting specified for all sushi.
Capacity and restocking
How many orders need to fit at once, when your peak periods occur and how often a team member can restock the machine.
Installation site
A photo of the location, available space, power supply and customer access hours. For outdoor use, we separately check model suitability and site conditions.
Orders and payment
Where orders are accepted, when customers pay and which actions need to connect with your system.

The operator determines product sale periods, labelling and the handling of uncollected orders according to their product requirements. We agree how to accommodate these procedures in the chosen configuration.

Questions before you start

Can we use our existing restaurant website?

We first check your platform, order transfer and available integration methods. We then suggest a suitable setup. Compatibility with every system cannot be promised in advance.

Will large sets and multiple boxes fit?

We start with your packaging dimensions and the contents of a typical order. These determine compartment size and quantity. Photos and measurements of your largest sets are particularly useful.

Can customers collect orders at night?

Yes, provided the location is accessible, the chosen configuration supports the workflow and the order remains available under your kitchen procedures. Round-the-clock access does not extend product shelf life.

What happens if an order is not collected?

Define the collection deadline and staff procedure in advance. During selection, we discuss status tracking, reminders and access restrictions where these features are supported by the chosen system.
